It's no fun to have sick kids!!

We have all been sick at our house. It started Sunday morning with Parker getting the stomach flu and then Melinda got it Tuesday. Now Hannah has an awful cough, runny nose, & slight fever. It's not fun when there's so much to do and kids are sick, my whole week has kind of been put on hold & I am so sick of watching SpongeBob Square pants. Hopefully we'll feel better soon. Luckily Travis hasn't got sick yet, He thinks he is invincible, I'll let him think that.

Well Janae is doing much better. This morning they were able to take her off the oxygen. She has an awful cough and lots of congestion but is doing much better. The Doctors are thinking she will be able to leave maybe tomorrow. The doctor told her not to be around fumes like nail polish remover & hairspray. That might be difficult since she works in a hair salon. Hopefully she'll be able to ease back into her busy life.

Hannah is such a good big sister.   She loves to hold Olivia & play with her.  One day she got really quiet & I went in to check on her & she had fallen asleep with Olivia on her.  Tooo cute!!  Olivia 3 months old!  Trying to catch a smile on camera.  So Cute!!! Who really reads my blog???

Well I haven't been good at updating my blog the past little while & often wonder if anyone really even reads my blog. I enjoy reading blogs of friends and family & get bothered when they don't update for months at a time. Well now I'm that person that isn't updating my blog. (oops!!) So I wanted to pass along a little bit of news and happenings at our home lately. Parker is enjoying being a 1st grader. He loves school & has just recently found a true love of reading. His favorite books right now are the Junie B. Jones (series) & The Magic School bus (series). He can't wait for spring to be here so he can start playing soccer again. Hannah keeps us busy. She is definitely a girl and has the attitude that goes along with it. She enjoys her dance class every week and preschool 2 X's a week. Haircut

Hannah has been telling me for months that she needs a haircut and that Janae needed to do it. On Sunday afternoon we went to my mom's house and Janae was there to cut Hannah's hair. She told Janae that she wanted a princess haircut. Here's one of the only before pics I took. The princess cut in progress. (That is my brother Kevin in the background) All the hair that was cut off.
