Riding a bike!


Well Travis loves to ride his bike, in fact his bike if one of his prized possessions. We got Parker a Superman bike with training wheels 2 years ago. Parker loved it at first and the last year he hasn't wanted much to do with it (cuz he fell off one day and blamed the bike). Travis decided the other night that it was time for Parker to get over his fear and he not only said he needed to ride his bike, but he took off the training wheels and said you are old enough to ride it with just 2 wheels.

Travis took Parker over to the church parking lot to start the teaching.
Parker kept checking to make sure Travis was still holding on.
Parker screaming once he realized that Travis had let go.
Within 20 minutes Parker decided he wasn't scared anymore and took off. The next day he asked to ride his bike at home. He took off again like a natural. So far he's only skinned his elbow, (which Travis told him was cool) so now he thinks he is really grown up.

That is so cool! Parker is growing up so fast! Travis is such a good dad. I remember doing the same thing Parker did when I learned how to ride my bike. I kept looking back to make sure my dad was still holding on! He is so cute!

By the way, we are still waiting for the phone call telling us you are coming to Vegas to visit! :)

Expressing my feelings.

So this post has taken me a long time to write. I never thought I was the kind of person that kept things inside, and didn't know how to express my feelings. Usually I confront things before they become an issue, but over the past 2 weeks I haven't known how to express my feelings on a particular situation. Hannah is such a good big sister.   She loves to hold Olivia & play with her.  One day she got really quiet & I went in to check on her & she had fallen asleep with Olivia on her.  Tooo cute!!  Olivia 3 months old!  Trying to catch a smile on camera.  So Cute!!! Trevor wanted a picture of him. Parker turned "10" in November.   I can't believe we have a 10 year old.  We love him so much!!!
