1 of the reasons I'm Crazy


I may have lost my mind but I'm going to be working at Lagoon again this year. Luckily this year it is only 10 days and they are spread out over 4 weeks. Still I will officially be 30 weeks pregnant on the 1st day & the thought of standing in the heat and dealing with ornery teenagers for 8 hrs a day doesn't sound like fun.

Why am I doing this again you ask??? It's the guilt! My kids so look forward to Lagoon each year and I'll have to find a way to be Supermom so that they can get it.



This year I will be working on the Spider. This is a ride that I haven't been on for at least 10 years. I hate rides that spin in a circle so I've never been a fan.

Well wish me luck I only have a week left before I have to endure it.
(only 10 days, only 10 days, only 10 days!!!!)

Yes you are super mom! 30 weeks pregnant and a ride that makes people dizzy and nautious. Sounds like fun to me! Good luck!

Who really reads my blog???

Well I haven't been good at updating my blog the past little while & often wonder if anyone really even reads my blog. I enjoy reading blogs of friends and family & get bothered when they don't update for months at a time. Well now I'm that person that isn't updating my blog. (oops!!) So I wanted to pass along a little bit of news and happenings at our home lately. Parker is enjoying being a 1st grader. He loves school & has just recently found a true love of reading. His favorite books right now are the Junie B. Jones (series) & The Magic School bus (series). He can't wait for spring to be here so he can start playing soccer again. Hannah keeps us busy. She is definitely a girl and has the attitude that goes along with it. She enjoys her dance class every week and preschool 2 X's a week. Haircut

Hannah has been telling me for months that she needs a haircut and that Janae needed to do it. On Sunday afternoon we went to my mom's house and Janae was there to cut Hannah's hair. She told Janae that she wanted a princess haircut. Here's one of the only before pics I took. The princess cut in progress. (That is my brother Kevin in the background) All the hair that was cut off.
